I guess we have different definitions of “low resolution”. I think of low pixelation, blurry images. Also, this game was featured at an Apple WWDC event. Apple takes these opportunities to show off great animation and visuals with crispness and detail along with a good measure of eye-candy to wow audiences. A low-resolution game doesn’t fit that bill.
Got to support Annapura, in the hope they will put Stray on iOS! Bought for support, it is however a great game, played it a lot when it was on AA and as already said, it does feel sharper on iPhone.
